Opened in Nov 1999 and founded by an Australian Resident, Chi-Way has a vibrant and professional training center that has already trained well over 10000 students across all levels of English Language study.

Having an excellent English speaking team, including native English speakers already in place, Chi-Way provides a wide range of English Language services including training for IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, ACT, AEAS, school exams, Business and Conversational English, as well as assistance in traveling and studying abroad.

Since 2000 it’s consistently been recognized for its excellence as a model training centre, receiving numerous awards.  From 2003 Chi-Way has trained over 3000 public servants for Xuzhou Personnel Bureau and Xuzhou Government and continues to develop close relationships with businesses in Xuzhou, including more than 10 joint venture companies like Xuzhou Ever Bright SIN-SING Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd, Xuzhou Rothe Erde Corporation, and Xuzhou Meritor Axle Co., Ltd. It’s also trained numerous English Teachers for Xuzhou Education Committee.

Significantly, Chi-Way is a member of the Foreign Expert Association of Jiangsu Province. In July 2003 Chi-Way became the first private training centre in Xuzhou with a license to employ foreign teachers. To receive this approval Chi-Way had to pass a rigorous assessment by the National Foreign Expert Bureau of its management and facilities and prove is of good reputation and character. Since that time it had more than 15 different foreign teachers from Canada, America and Australia. Together they have provided students with valuable exposure to Oral English and western culture but have also contributed many new and innovative ideas for teaching.

Chi-Way is also a member of the Foreign Friendship Association of Xuzhou City and has been involved in welcoming many past visitors to Xuzhou. In the process of doing so Chi-Way has developed excellent working relationships with numerous people and organizations from many different countries.
